Display User Acquisition Manager
We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Display User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team. Reporting directly to a Growth Team Lead, you'll own paid social and display acquisition across Meta, TikTok and additional channels - with a clear mandate to expand these channels across multiple AutoDS group brands and scale them profitably.
This is a builder's role. You'll be the person who takes a channel from zero to ROAS-positive - then scales it aggressively across brands. You'll be in the accounts every day, but you'll also be thinking about how to systematize what works and replicate it across the portfolio. If you've scaled paid acquisition across multiple brands or product lines while keeping ROAS healthy and growing, this is exactly what you'll be doing here.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid social/display channels - with a mandate to expand to new platforms and prove them at scale
- Lead the expansion of acquisition channels across multiple AutoDS group brands, adapting strategy, creatives, and audience targeting to each brand's unique positioning and audience
- Launch new channels from scratch - establishing performance baselines, achieving ROAS-positive results, and building the playbook to scale spend profitably
- Scale budget on channels and campaigns that demonstrate positive ROAS, while maintaining CAC efficiency across the full multi-brand portfolio
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize B2C SaaS campaigns focused on user acquisition, trial starts, and subscription conversions
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives — static, video, and UGC - tailored to each platform and brand
- Manage and allocate budgets across brands and channels to maximize ROAS and hit growth targets
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel stages
- Analyze performance data, surface insights, and document learnings to accelerate expansion across brands
- Partner with product, and analytics teams to improve full-funnel conversion performance
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging UA opportunities
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid user acquisition campaigns for B2C SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience expanding paid acquisition channels to new platforms and scaling them to positive ROAS - not just maintaining existing campaigns
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or product lines simultaneously, with the ability to adapt strategy and creative to each
- Proven track record of scaling spend on Meta while maintaining or improving ROAS - from early testing through high-spend scale
- Solid hands-on experience on TikTok Ads, including short-form video strategy and creative requirements
- Strong analytical mindset - fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and able to translate data into decisions that drive profitable growth
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who can clearly present performance insights and channel expansion plans to cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling additional channels such as YouTube, Taboola or other channels.
- Experience building channel expansion playbooks or performance frameworks that can be replicated across brands
- Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace, or dropshipping audiences - Strong advantage
- Background working in a growth or performance marketing team within a product-led B2C SaaS company
- Ownership of a high-impact, multi-brand acquisition portfolio with real budget and real accountability
