Key Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: HW, SW, and algorithms.
- Hands-on Development: Integration of UAV platforms, sensors, and control systems.
- Technical Focal Point: Define requirements, ICDs, and validation strategies for multidisciplinary projects.
- Field & Lab: Lead testing and integration in demanding environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of multidisciplinary engineering experience (Relevant military tech experience is highly valued).
- Proven SW development for UAV platforms and sensor-based systems.
- Hands-on mindset: Ability to deliver end-to-end systems (HW/SW co-design).
- System-level understanding of Robotics, Autonomy, or Unmanned systems.
- Leadership potential: Interest in growing into an engineering management role.

- ArduPilot / Betaflight stacks.
- EO/IR Payloads.
- GPS-denied environment systems.
