Job Description:
A fast-growing startup with global activity, located in northern Israel, is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources for a broad, impactful, and hands-on role.
The position includes leading the people function and organizational culture, building and implementing end-to-end HR processes, and working closely with senior management during a phase of growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree – required
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / Head of People in a growing company
- Experience in building and implementing HR processes, with the ability to adapt infrastructure to the needs of a scaling organization
- Experience working with international stakeholders or in a global organizational environment
- Experience supporting organizations through periods of change, growth, or expansion
- Solid knowledge of Israeli labor law
- Experience in managerial coaching and ongoing organizational consulting
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and operate in a hands-on, dynamic environment
- High level of English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational sensitivity, and discretion
