Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP Finance at Adhestick Innovations, based in the company’s headquarters in Rosh HaAyin. The VP Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis of the company. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reporting, risk assessment, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The VP Finance will work closely with executive leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management and reporting skills, covering budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis
• Experience with regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of financial software, systems, and tools
• Proven ability to drive financial growth and support strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Israeli CPA license
