Location: Haifa, Israel

Zimark is looking for a brilliant and experienced Software & Computer Vision Team Lead to spearhead our development efforts. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, bridging the gap between robust software engineering and cutting-edge vision algorithms.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of vision-based tools, camera-to-cloud image processing, and real-time video analytics.

This role involves deep collaboration with Sodio, integrating "Color-Code" technology and advanced algorithmic solutions into our core products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and algorithm developers. Define roadmaps, manage sprints, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Vision & Algorithms: Oversee the development of computer vision tools, focusing on Image Segmentation, Classification, and real-time Video Processing.
• Camera Integration: Design and implement robust pipelines for image processing directly from camera sources.
• Integration of "Sodio" Technology: Own the integration and optimization of Sodio’s unique "Color-Code" and advanced algorithmic frameworks.
• Hands-on Excellence: Lead by example with high-quality coding (Python/C++) and architectural design, tackling complex algorithmic challenges.

Requirements:

• Managerial Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience leading a development team (Team Lead / Tech Lead).
• Algorithmic Background: Strong professional background in Computer Vision and Image Processing.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Segmentation, Classification, and Video Processing.
• Software Engineering: Solid experience in Python and/or C++ and building scalable software tools.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. M.Sc./Ph.D.
• Problem Solver: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
