Digital Transformation Assistant

Company Description

Beth-El Industries Ltd. is a fast-growing company, specialized in high-quality air filtration systems for shelters, safe rooms, civil defense and military vehicles.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Transformation Assistant to join our digitalization team and contribute to the successful implementation of new information systems.

Role Description

• Support the implementation of new processes in information systems:

  - Perform documentation activities

 - Prepare and arrange user training sessions, incl. preparation of training materials

 - Support and system and integration tests

• Collaborate with key users of different roles to define business requirements, translate into system configurations and coordinate with IT and solution architects.
• Support data migration and data cleansing tasks
• Administrative assistance for project-related tasks, such as scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining project documentation
• Handle additional tasks related to system implementation, as required

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• German (writing and speaking) – required
• High attention to details, while maintaining a broad strategic perspective
• Quick learner with strong comprehensive skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems, or any other related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with IT information systems - advantage
• Basic understanding of engineering, product data, or change-management processes - advantage
