About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist to lead complex commercial engagements and drive high‑impact procurement activities across the organization.

This role includes full ownership of contracts, tenders, negotiations, and supplier management, while working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial engagements with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage strategic procurement processes in areas such as services, logistics, manufacturing, and additional operational domains.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract and tender processes, including drafting, negotiation, benchmarking, comparisons, and position improvement.
• Perform cost analyses, market research, and lead complex and high‑impact negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
• Oversee contract execution, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, tenders, or commercial engagements in a technological environment or large organization.
• Proven experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, including significant negotiation and tender processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze commercial data.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
