Senior UX/UI Designer

In this role, you will lead the creation of premium, high-impact digital experiences that elevate the brand presence and drive engagement across web and campaign initiatives. You will design emotionally resonant, responsive journeys that inspire trust and conversion, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into polished user interfaces and immersive experiences. Operating in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will set creative standards, refine UI systems, and craft visual storytelling that resonates with high-value audiences. Accountabilities

• Lead the design of high-end, responsive web experiences that balance elegance with usability and conversion clarity.
• Translate brand positioning into emotionally engaging digital journeys that support key initiatives and fundraising goals.
• Design event-driven and campaign-focused experiences that build anticipation and drive user engagement.
• Create refined UI systems, components, and visual patterns that maintain a cohesive and premium brand experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Push creative standards beyond current benchmarks, elevating the visual and experiential quality of digital products.
• Incorporate motion, interaction design, and accessibility best practices to enhance user engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing premium, luxury, or high-end brand websites.
• Proven experience designing for fundraising, investor audiences, nonprofit campaigns, or high-value conversion environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated aesthetic judgment, typographic sophistication, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools, with experience collaborating closely with developers.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, motion principles, and event-driven digital experiences.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to balance storytelling with conversion goals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
• Bonus: experience in campaign-focused design, emotional storytelling, or elevating brand identity through design.
