🚀 We’re Hiring: Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for a talented Automation QA Engineer to join our team and take a key role in designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for complex software systems.

🔎 Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test plans for software systems
• Implement end-to-end automation testing according to project requirements
• Analyze system requirements and define the test strategy
• Design automation architecture and define testing tools and frameworks
• Develop testing infrastructures and simulators when required
• Implement and validate automated tests
• Write and maintain test documentation (STP, STD, STR)
• Execute test plans, manage defects, and analyze results
• Produce test reports and documentation
• Collaborate with development teams and manage testing activities

🎓 Requirements

Education

• Practical Engineer / B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Software Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent background
• ISTQB certification or a Software Testing course – advantage

💻 Professional Skills

• Experience testing complex systems
• Programming/scripting experience with Python, C#, or Java
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Experience analyzing system requirements and defining testing strategies
• Good English communication skills (reading & writing)
• Experience with communication protocols
• Experience testing multi-disciplinary systems
• Experience with Open Source automation tools for Web and Microservices environments
• Experience with Matlab or Python environments
• Development of test infrastructures and simulators
• Experience with LLMs in testing concepts
• Experience with system-level tests
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
