A fast-growing, funded fintech startup building the next generation of digital financial services in emerging markets is hiring a Marketing Director.

We are laying the technological and operational foundations for a modern, scalable digital financial institution — expanding access to banking for underserved populations.

With strong momentum around expanding capabilities, we are entering our next phase of growth. Building a disciplined, high-performance marketing engine is a key part of that journey.

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to lead and scale our marketing efforts end-to-end, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

This is a growth-driven but holistic marketing leadership role. You will define strategy, oversee budgets within allocation, and drive measurable performance across channels. You will sit alongside tech leadership and act as the owner of marketing performance and execution.

Given the markets we operate in, this role requires full professional fluency in Arabic.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy, translating business objectives into a structured, numbers-driven growth plan.
• Lead positioning and campaign direction, ensuring clear messaging across audiences and channels.
• Manage a local team that will be develop content marketing development, translating strategy into strong, consistent execution.
• Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok and others), including hands-on campaign management.
• Plan and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end. Orchestrate different channels, define audience targeting, and optimize performance.
• Responsible and accountable for the company's CARC (acquisition & retention), driving data-led decision making by continuously evaluating funnel performance, optimizing budgets, and leading structured experimentation.
• Use AI tools heavily in campaign creation, optimization and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Arabic language proficiency — required.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience in tech companies, with strong hands-on experience in online B2C marketing and performance-driven digital channels.
• Proven experience managing digital acquisition budgets and driving measurable business impact. A strong data-driven mindset is required.
• Solid hands-on experience managing performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other digital channels, with solid attribution knowledge (Appsflyer or similar) and lifecycle/CRM platforms such as CleverTap.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools as a core part of marketing execution — including content generation, campaign structuring, testing, automation and performance analysis.
• A Self-starter and a highly independent individual experienced working in a startup environment.
