Affiliate Team Lead - iGaming JB-4332

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Affiliate Team Lead to join our growing marketing team.

In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a small team of Affiliate Managers, oversee the entire affiliate operations, and drive acquisition and revenue growth across multiple brands in the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a small team of Affiliate Managers to achieve acquisition and revenue goals
• Develop and execute the company’s affiliate acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with top affiliates and partners (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Monitor performance metrics (clicks, FTDs, NGR, ROI) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the CMO and marketing teams to align traffic quality with acquisition and ROI targets
• Optimize offers, commission structures, and campaigns to maximize player lifetime value and profitability
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulations, brand guidelines, and industry standards
• Stay current with market trends, competitive insights, and emerging traffic sources to continuously improve results

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry
• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and training team members
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, analytics, and reporting tools
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented attitude
