We are seeking a BI Developer and Analyst to join our team in Herzliya Pituach and work closely with product, finance, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making. You will analyze customer behavior and financial performance using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel
• Analyze customer behavior, funnels, retention, and churn trends
• Create automated financial and performance reports using SQL and Excel
• Develop and optimize MSSQL stored procedures and queries
• Ensure consistency and accuracy between data sources and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate data into insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL and Excel, advanced level required
• At least 2 years of experience with Tableau
• Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and analyzing data
• Background in customer behavior analysis or financial data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Advantages:

• Experience in iGaming, significant advantage but not mandatory
• Background in finance or similar data-heavy industries
• Experience with MSSQL
• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar fields
