Proofreader & Interviewer (Remote / Part-time / Flexible)

We are in the business of legacy. We take raw, spoken interviews and transform them into beautiful, written books. We help families preserve their grandparents' life stories before they are lost, and we help business leaders capture their professional journeys.

We are looking for someone special to join our team—someone who loves words, loves stories, and wants to do work that actually means something.

The Role

We are looking for a Hebrew Editor & Proofreader. Your primary responsibility will be polishing and perfecting the Hebrew text of these life stories.

• Current Focus: Proofreading and editing books in Hebrew to ensure they flow beautifully.
• Future Growth: We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the role. There is high potential for this to expand into conducting the interviews yourself down the line.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables)

• Native-Level Hebrew Fluency: Your written and spoken Hebrew must be absolutely flawless. "Great" isn't enough here; we need complete mastery and intuition of the language.
• High Level of English: You need to communicate effectively in English.
• A True Bibliophile: You must be an avid reader. We are looking for someone who has read 100+ books in their lifetime (in both Hebrew and English) and possesses a deep passion for literature.
• Educated: You hold or are currently pursuing a University Degree.
• Responsive and Responsible: You reply in 2 min, 20 min, or 2 hours. Not 2 days. And you work well with deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves (Advantages)

• Experience writing long-form content.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond Hebrew and English.
• Availability to travel within Israel (if the role expands to in-person interviews).
• Experience, natural rapport, and patience while working with seniors.

The Lifestyle (Flexibility First)

This is not a standard 9-5 corporate grind.

• Volume: Starts at approximately 10–20 hours per month.
• Location: Fully Remote.
• Fit: Because of the flexible hours, this is perfect for freelancers or anyone looking for a stable, high-quality, part-time role.

3. Practical Work Assignment: If your language skills are a match, we will send you a paid editing task to review your skills (compensated via a Wolt voucher for your time and effort).
4. Zoom Meeting: Finally, we’ll hop on a call to discuss the role in detail and ensure we are a great fit.
