Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain electrification control, communication, and SCADA systems
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and safety of all systems
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ employees
- Plan and carry out electrical switching procedures
- Work with electrical and control drawings
- Lead projects related to control and communication systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Availability for irregular hours when needed (including nights/weekends)
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Practical Electrical Engineer diploma
- 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or 7+ years as a Practical Electrical Engineer
- Experience with electrical switching procedures
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working with electrical and control schematics
