Student Position - Billing and Collection Specialist

We are looking for a motivated student to join our Finance team as a Billing and Collection Specialist.

This is a flexible part-time student role (around 15 hours per week), allowing you to combine your studies with meaningful experience in a global tech company.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage accounts receivable processes and follow up on collections
• Communicate professionally with international customers in English
• Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and basic forecasts
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Current student with at least 1.5 years of studies remaining
• Studying Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• High level of English - written and spoken - required
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Responsible and comfortable communicating with customers
