Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, Sole Senior Bookkeeper (Type 3) to support daily accounting operations and monthly closings, up to the Balance Sheet and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping activities as the sole Bookkeeper
• Data entry of invoices, expenses, bank and credit card transactions
• Recording journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and reports
• Preparation of internal financial reports up to Balance Sheet and P&L
• Supporting procurement and purchasing workflows through Priority ERP
• Maintaining accurate, well-organized financial documentation

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3 (mandatory)
• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
• Proven hands-on experience working up to Balance Sheet and P&L
• Experience with Priority ERP (mandatory)
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliations, tracking tables)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
• Ability to work independently in a small startup environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
