Comblack is hiring a Chapter Lead Back End for a leading financial organization in central Israel.

If you are a Tech Lead with strong technological depth and proven experience working with complex, mission-critical systems, this is your opportunity to make an organizational-level impact and lead professional standards in the .NET domain.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in WebForms / ASP.NET / .NET Core – mandatory
• Significant experience maintaining, upgrading, and stabilizing large-scale legacy systems
• Strong expertise in C#, SQL Server, complex query writing, and performance optimization
• Proven experience leading developers in an Agile environment (Code Reviews, Best Practices, Design leadership)
• Ability to influence technological direction and integrate AI capabilities into development processes
