Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AWS Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex cloud solutions for enterprise customers.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments on AWS.

You will drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, define best practices, and provide hands-on architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines deep AWS architecture expertise with strong DevOps and automation experience, and is comfortable working in a customer-facing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of large-scale, secure, and highly available AWS cloud architectures.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership for cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native transformation projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
• Define and implement DevOps and automation best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions follow the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Design resilient, cost-optimized, and secure infrastructures, including networking, IAM, observability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Guide development and DevOps teams in implementing best practices for containers, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, architecture, or DevOps roles.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing production-grade AWS environments.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Deep experience designing highly available, distributed cloud architectures.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and identity management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.

• Experience with enterprise AWS environments including Landing Zone, Control Tower, and Organizations.
• Experience with multi-account architectures and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML services on AWS.
