Manufacturing Manager

A leading company in the field of electro-optics, which develops and manufactures advanced systems for security forces in Israel and around the world, is looking for a Manufacturing Manager.

Job Description

Overall management of the factory's production system

Responsibility for meeting output, quality and schedule goals

Management of team leaders and production workers, including training and professional development

Ongoing work with the IDF, production engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics

Leading continuous improvement processes, streamlining and implementing Lean methodologies

Responsibility for safety at work and compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Handling production faults, analyzing exceptions and providing solutions in real time

Job Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in production management in an industrial plant, including managing team leaders

Proven experience in the field of electro-optics or advanced technological industry

Deep understanding of the fields of TPI, production engineering and quality

Ability to manage and motivate employees in a dynamic and multi-interface environment

Experience in leading continuous improvement processes and streamlining production lines

Mastery in reading drawings and accurate assembly processes - a significant advantage

Relevant education: Industrial and management engineer/engineer - an advantage

Ability to work under pressure, order and organize at a high level
