Project Manager – Advanced Electronics & Test Systems (Turnkey)

We are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary Turnkey projects. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle—from requirements characterization to final delivery—ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Orchestrate multi-disciplinary projects involving electronics, mechanics, software, and control systems.

Lifecycle Management: Develop and monitor project plans, including schedules (Gantt), budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage local and international suppliers, oversee procurement processes, and ensure quality standards.

Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the primary integrator between R&D, Production, Procurement, QA, and Service departments.

Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical support, progress reports, and professional documentation from characterization to hand-over.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

Reporting: Present project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior management and strategic stakeholders.

Requirements

Education: B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics / Industrial Engineering / Project Management

Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing technological or multi-disciplinary development projects.

Methodology: Strong understanding of engineering milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, PRR).

Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) – Mandatory.

Tools: Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills: Leadership capabilities, highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.

Advantages

Experience working with defense industries or complex High-Tech sectors.

Technical background in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) or System Integration.

Experience in global supply chain and international vendor management
