System Administrator

Role Overview:

• Large-Scale Architecture: Designing, deploying, and managing complex system architectures across diverse environments, including On-Prem servers, enterprise systems, and massive cloud workloads.
• Virtualization Mastery: Operating and upgrading sophisticated virtualization environments based on VMware and KVM (Proxmox).
• Identity & Mobility Management: Leading the administration of Azure Entra ID (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access) and managing enterprise MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Ivanti.
• Cloud Infrastructure Design: Architecting and building robust cloud services leveraging a wide range of AWS and Azure solutions, with a focus on performance and cost optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Ensuring the highest standards of data security, regulatory compliance, and operational Best Practices across all on-prem and cloud infrastructures.
• Automation Leadership: Driving an "Automation-First" approach by developing and maintaining scalable, well-documented automation processes for system configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborating closely with DevOps, R&D, and Security teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of the core product development infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior System Administrator in global high-tech environments – Mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM/Proxmox) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Public Cloud architecture (AWS and Azure) – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Entra ID and modern identity management protocols – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Intune, MobileIron/Ivanti) – Mandatory.
• Solid background in Scripting and Automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) – Mandatory.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern monitoring tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects from design to production.
