Head of Planning

The Missile and Space Systems Division is seeking a Head of Planning

The position includes:

• Leading the Material Planning function end-to-end, including running MRP processes, generating purchase requirements, and creating production work orders

• Inventory planning, forecasting, and stock management in accordance with company and division policies

• Responsibility for the plant catalog structure

• Managing the process of transferring engineering information to production departments and subcontractors

• Defining and improving cross-organizational processes

• Managing reports and KPIs, including production metrics, inventory levels, critical items, surpluses, and shortages

• Managing multiple interfaces with procurement, engineering, business units, project management, and manufacturing sites

• Analyzing material risks and monitoring adherence to production and supply plans

• Leading a professional team and managing operational routines

• Ongoing work with ERP systems, engineering systems, and BI tools

• Availability to work additional hours when required

What we're looking for:

Mandatory requirements -

• Israeli citizenship

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Technology Management (B.Sc.)

• At least three years of experience in material planning, MRP control, production project management, or industrial engineering and management

• Experience in direct team management and team leadership

• Full proficiency with ERP systems and deep familiarity with MRP processes

Preferred Qualifications -

• Master’s degree

• Familiarity with the missile and defense domain

• Strong analytical thinking and leadership capabilities

• Broad systems perspective, assertiveness, decision making, and task prioritization skills

• Ability to work across multiple interfaces under workload and changing priorities
