Infrastructure Architect & Team Lead

As we continue to scale our infrastructure and technology ecosystem, we’re looking for an Infrastructure Architect & Team Lead to design and evolve our secure, modern enterprise environment.

This role combines deep hands-on architecture with team leadership, owning the design of hybrid cloud and corporate infrastructure while leading a small team responsible for delivering secure, scalable solutions across the organization.

Your Day-to-Day

• Design and evolve secure infrastructure architecture across hybrid cloud and corporate environments.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers across infrastructure and IT domains, ensuring scalable and secure technology solutions
• Architect and improve cloud and identity platforms across Azure and AWS environments.
• Define and implement networking, access management, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, IT, and Product teams to integrate infrastructure solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture and identity platforms (Entra ID / IAM / SSO / OIDC / SAML).
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking and hybrid environments, including segmentation and secure connectivity.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and managing or mentoring engineers.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell / Python) and modern infrastructure practices.

Advantages

• AWS infrastructure familiarity.
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) or device management environments.
• Background working with enterprise frameworks such as SOC2, ITIL, or ITSM.
