Founded by Shira Maoded, a Legal and Risk Advisor with over a decade of experience in global financial institutions such as KPMG and Citibank, ARYA supports companies in building practical and business-oriented compliance frameworks.

Our approach combines deep regulatory expertise with strategic thinking, helping companies manage risk while enabling innovation and growth.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role, working closely with the founder and supporting companies in building strong and practical privacy practices.

The role includes:

• Supporting clients in developing and implementing data privacy programs

• Conducting privacy risk assessments and gap analyses

• Drafting and maintaining privacy policies, procedures, and internal frameworks

• Reviewing products, processes, and vendors from a privacy perspective

• Supporting clients in meeting data protection and privacy regulatory requirements

• Assisting with privacy audits and internal reviews

• Collaborating with legal, product, compliance, and security teams

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in privacy advisory across multiple industries, while working closely with an experienced advisor.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or regulatory advisory

• Strong understanding of data privacy practices and regulatory environments

• Experience conducting risk assessments and drafting policies or compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
