Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Serving as a professional lead for a specialized team of engineers, driving the technical vision and hands-on execution of advanced AI systems.
• LLM & Agentic Workflows: Designing and deploying AI Agents, orchestration layers, and decision-making platforms in production environments.
• Production-Grade ML: Building, scaling, and maintaining large-scale ML and LLM systems, ensuring high performance and real-time responsiveness.
• Modern Architecture: Architecting distributed systems, event-driven pipelines, and robust APIs using Python and modern cloud-native technologies.
• AI Innovation: Implementing cutting-edge techniques including RAG, Vector Databases, and Embeddings, while ensuring full observability and monitoring of models in production.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Translating complex business requirements into elegant technological solutions, working closely with product teams and global customers.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional Software Engineering experience, including roles as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in deploying ML and LLM systems in production – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) and agentic architectures – Mandatory.
• Strong backend development background in Python (or similar modern languages) – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Distributed Systems, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and large-scale data infrastructures – Mandatory.
• Experience with Cloud-native environments (AWS), including Docker and Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Technical expertise in RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector DBs – Mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) – Mandatory.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a "lead by example" approach and a strong sense of product ownership.
• Background in real-time AI systems or streaming analytics – Significant Advantage
