RF Engineer

Role Overview:

• Multidisciplinary Integration: Leading the full system integration of complex products, bridging the gap between hardware components, software layers, and advanced mechanical structures.
• Testing Strategy (IV&V): Designing, documenting, and executing comprehensive integration, verification, and validation plans for large-scale systems.
• Lab Leadership: Establishing and managing advanced testing environments, including the calibration and operation of high-end RF, digital, and power testing equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes).
• System Debugging: Performing systematic root-cause analysis and hardware bring-up for sophisticated electronic systems at the component and system levels.
• Test Automation: Developing automated scripts (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) to enhance testing efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
• Transition to Production (NPI): Serving as a key link between R&D and manufacturing, creating detailed test procedures and troubleshooting guides to ensure seamless assembly and delivery.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technological field – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in System Integration, hardware testing, or validation – Mandatory.
• Proven mastery in operating a wide range of electronic test equipment, with an emphasis on RF and High-Speed Digital tools – Mandatory.
• Solid understanding of digital, analog, and power electronics principles – Mandatory.
• Deep familiarity with the electronic product lifecycle and NPI processes – Mandatory.
• Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings for debugging purposes.
