Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Development: Taking a leading role in building complex, data-rich applications from scratch, with a primary focus on React and the client-side ecosystem.
• Fullstack Integration: Developing scalable backend services (primarily in Python) to support high-performance AI features and real-time data processing.
• Architectural Leadership: Designing and implementing robust system architectures, ensuring the platform can scale to support global logistics networks.
• Product Influence: Collaborating closely with product and design teams to create intuitive UI/UX experiences that simplify complex operational data.
• Proactive Innovation: Driving technical excellence and taking full ownership of features from initial characterization to production-ready deployment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend development (React, TypeScript) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in building complex, End-to-End web applications – Mandatory.
• Professional background or strong willingness to work with Python or Node.js on the backend – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural thinking and experience in system design.
• Passion for high-fidelity UI/UX and attention to detail.
• High level of independence, initiative, and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
