Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
Interact and work with company's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations and finance) on diverse legal issues
Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed

Qualifications

6-12 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer (on top of the internship period)
Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, independent worker
Familiar with contracts terms
Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
Experience working at/with the hi-tech Industry
English & Hebrew at mother tongue level or equivalent - must
