Role Responsibilities:

• Managing and handling incoming requests
• Providing internal technical support and service (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to company employees

Shift-based position – 24/7 rotation (night and weekend shifts from home)

Requirements:

• Strong technical orientation
• Background in IT (short experience, military experience, or relevant course – all considered)
• Service-oriented mindset
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in the IT field, with a passion for technical support
