Full Stack Team Leader

The company is located in Central Israel (train-accessible) and maintains an in-office work model. Due to the nature of the projects, a security clearance process is required.

Role Overview:

• Simulation Development: Leading the design and implementation of high-fidelity Flight Simulators used for system testing, pilot training, and mission planning.
• Algorithmic Implementation: Applying advanced Applied Mathematics and complex algorithms to model real-world flight dynamics and control systems.
• Systems Integration: Developing robust software that interfaces with hardware and aerospace components within a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Addressing deep technical challenges related to real-time performance, physics engines, and sensor simulation.
• Core R&D: Taking a central role in the development lifecycle of strategic aerospace products, from characterization to full-scale deployment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Flight Simulator development – Mandatory.
• Strong background in Applied Mathematics and Algorithms – Mandatory.
• High-level analytical capabilities and experience with complex system architectures.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python within a performance-oriented environment.
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industries – Significant Advantage.
• Ability to undergo a Security Clearance process.
