QA Engineer

Role Overview:

• Multidisciplinary Testing: Leading end-to-end manual QA processes for complex systems that integrate hardware and software components.
• Strategic Quality Planning: Collaborating closely with R&D teams to define comprehensive testing strategies and establish rigorous quality standards.
• Full Documentation Lifecycle: Taking full ownership of the testing documentation process, including the creation of detailed STP, STD, and STR reports.
• Bug Lifecycle Management: Utilizing Jira to track, prioritize, and manage defects, ensuring a seamless flow from identification to resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working in a high-precision environment where software quality directly impacts medical training accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual software testing – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in writing comprehensive testing documents (STP / STD / STR) – Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in English (high-level verbal and written communication) – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira) – Mandatory.
• Experience testing multidisciplinary products or systems involving hardware-software integration – Significant Advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
