Process Engineer / Technician / Field Technician for an international energy company in Kiryat Gat!

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and manage a variety of energy production facilities to ensure customer pipeline requirements are met and production integrity is maintained within agreed budget targets.
• Work on a shift basis to cover 24/7 site operations.
• Collaborate with the ROC (Remote Operation Center) to monitor and operate the plant and improve performance.
• Act as an emergency technician for on-site and off-site emergencies and assist the event manager in implementing emergency plans as required.
• Perform daily control room operations, monitoring metrics such as temperature and air pressure.
• Maintain a deep understanding of safety regulations in an industrial environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering – mandatory
• Practical technical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (through internship, military service, technician roles, work in production facilities, or hands-on training) – mandatory
• Excellent English skills – mandatory
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts – mandatory
• Good basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) operational regulations – strong advantage
• Experience in a process plant production team – advantage
