About the Role

We are looking for a talented, business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department.

This is a unique opportunity to take part in the legal work of one of Israel’s leading investment houses, advising on complex commercial and regulatory matters within the capital markets environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing ongoing legal counsel to group companies across commercial and regulatory matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Advising management on day-to-day legal and regulatory issues
• Working closely with the General Counsel
• Gaining in-depth exposure to capital markets activity and diverse financial operations

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience at a leading law firm - mandatory
• Strong commercial background - mandatory
• High level of English, written and spoken - mandatory
• Regulatory familiarity and/or capital markets experience – significant advantage

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
