Full Stack Team Leader

The company is located in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model with two days of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Managing a multidisciplinary team of 5 (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, and QA engineers).
• High-Level Involvement: Maintaining a 30% hands-on presence with a focus on code reviews, architectural mentoring, and technical leadership rather than day-to-day coding.
• Strategic Impact: Reporting directly to the VP of R&D and leading the delivery of complex features across an AI-driven platform.
• Fullstack Evolution: Overseeing a modern stack based on Python and React, ensuring robust performance in a Microservices environment.
• Mentorship: Driving the professional growth of the team, defining standards, and taking a leading role in technical recruitment and assessments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in team management – Mandatory.
• Strong professional background in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with React or similar modern Frontend frameworks – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience building and scaling Microservices architectures – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Cloud environments and production-grade software delivery.
• High-level architectural skills and the ability to guide senior developers.
• Bonus: Background in Ad-Tech or Marketing-Tech industries.
