Cloud Cyber Researcher

We are recruiting a Cloud Cyber Researcher for a governmental organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead cyber investigations in public and private cloud environments
• Develop a dedicated investigation methodology for cloud environments and implement the Kill Chain in cloud investigation scenarios
• Perform intelligence and technological research on advanced cloud attacks in order to identify indicators and support field investigation activities
• Develop advanced research capabilities for the identification, detection, and alerting of cloud-based attacks

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in cyber threat research and detection, including investigations in complex environments
• Research experience in two or more of the following areas: digital forensics, network analysis, threat and attack infrastructure research, cyber intelligence, incident response (IR), penetration testing, development of research-supporting tools, Big Data analysis
• Hands-on experience with attacks in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), understanding cloud architectures, and monitoring cloud services
• Ability to derive insights from intelligence and technological data and write high-level professional research reports
• In-depth familiarity with operating systems, information security, data communications, and protocols
