ניהול מחלקת איכות הכוללת 3 צוותים בהתאם למחלקות הייצור: ליווי ופיתוח הצוות, פיתוח מקצועי ומתן מענה שוטף

טיפול בחריגות, ניתוח מגמות ויישום תהליכי שיפור (CAPA)

בניית ותחזוקת נהלי איכות, הדרכות עובדים ויישום תרבות איכות בארגון

קיום ביקורות פנימיות וחיצוניות מול גופים רגולטוריים ולקוחות

קבלת החלטות מבוססות ניהול סיכונים (PFMEA)

עבודת ממשקים: בינהן מחלקות הייצור, ההנדסה והפיתוח לשיפור תהליכים ויעילות

דרישות

תואר ראשון בהנדסה/הנדסת איכות/מדעים – חובה

ניסיון במפעל יצרני, עדיפות לתעשיית הפלסטיק או המזון/משקאות

ניסיון בהובלת צוות וניהול עובדים – של 5+ שנים

ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם תקני איכות ותהליכי בקרה.

Responsibilities (English)

Quality Manager – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Manager to lead the quality operations at our manufacturing Plastic plant. The role is responsible for driving a culture of excellence, ensuring compliance with international quality standards, and leading a multi-disciplinary quality organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the site’s quality system, ensuring full compliance with international standards such as ISO and GMP.
• Manage the Quality Department, including three teams aligned with production units: guide, mentor, and develop team members while providing ongoing professional support.
• Handle quality deviations, perform trend analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, maintain, and implement quality procedures; conduct employee training; and promote a strong organizational quality culture.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits in collaboration with regulatory authorities and customers.
• Make data-driven decisions based on risk management methodologies (PFMEA).
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and R&D to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support operational excellence.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Sciences — mandatory.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the plastics or food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employees and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quality standards and control processes.
• Full proficiency in English.
