Director of Product

An innovative Cybersecurity startup is pioneering the next generation of energy network protection.

Founded by elite veterans of premier military technology units, the company addresses one of the most critical emerging sectors: securing distributed energy networks and global electric vehicle charging infrastructures.

The company is located in Central Israel (train and light-rail accessible) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Product Leadership: As the first dedicated Product Manager reporting directly to the CTO, you will take full ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for a cutting-edge security platform.
• Strategic Roadmap: Defining and driving the vision for B2B security solutions, bridging the gap between deep technical research and market needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D, security research, and sales teams to deliver robust features that protect critical global infrastructure.
• Market Innovation: Engaging with global customers and Tier-1 partners to establish the standard for smart energy security in an untapped market.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the product journey from initial concept through characterization to global deployment in complex Cloud environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Product Management – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Threat Detection, Security Architectures, and the global cybersecurity landscape – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in B2B product management – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience working with Cloud-based technologies – Mandatory.
• Experience in early-stage startups or building products from the ground up – Significant Advantage.
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with elite engineering and research teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
