This is a full-time on-site role located in Nes Ziona for a Senior Team Lead. The Senior Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the efforts of a dynamic team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions, managing and mentoring team members, overseeing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company standards and goals.

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, effective decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Project Management: Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, systems integration, and software development practices.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in identifying and addressing complex challenges.
• Relevant education and certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced education and certifications are a plus.
• Experience in global-scale IT solutions or enterprise technology projects is highly advantageous.
