We are an early-stage cybersecurity startup building complex, security-critical B2B products in the endpoint, identity, and AI domains.

Our products are used by security teams in high-pressure environments, which means clarity, usability, and precision are essential. We design for expert users, scale, and real-world complexity.

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX) with deep experience designing complex B2B systems, dashboards, and workflows.

This is a highly influential role. You will own end-to-end product design, help define and evolve the design system, and have a meaningful impact on the overall product experience and brand. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, R&D, and leadership to turn complex technical problems into intuitive, high-quality user experiences

What You’ll Do?

● Own the end-to-end design process for complex product areas and workflows

● Lead UX discovery and research, including user interviews, usability testing, and validation

● Translate complex technical and security requirements into clear, usable product experiences

● Design dashboards, investigation flows, and data-dense interfaces for expert users

● Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications

● Define, build, and evolve the product design system (components, patterns, UX guidelines)

● Ensure visual and UX consistency across the product as it scales

● Influence and help shape the overall product look, feel, and brand language

● Work closely with Product Managers on product definition and prioritization

● Partner daily with R&D and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation

● Be accountable for design quality, usability, and user outcomes from concept to release

What We’re Looking For?

● At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer on complex B2B products

● Proven ability to design multi-step workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces

● Strong UX fundamentals: research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability

● Experience owning design end-to-end, from discovery to delivery

● Experience building or evolving a design system for a growing product

● Ability to influence visual direction and product brand, beyond individual screens

● Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams

● Excellent communication skills and strong design rationale

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

Nice to Have (Strong Pluses):

● Prior experience designing cybersecurity products

● Familiarity with EDR, EPP, XDR, or endpoint protection platforms

● Experience designing browser security solutions, including secure browsing, isolation, extensions, or web-based threat protection

● Experience designing identity-based products (authentication, authorization, identity management)

● Understanding of security operations workflows (SOC, investigations, alerts)

● Experience designing for technical or expert users
