E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, technically-minded E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist to manage the daily execution and integrity of our global store and mobile app.

Core Responsibilities

• Launch Execution: Lead technical cataloging and uploading for all new collections across the web and app.
• Site Integrity: Conduct daily QA to identify and resolve display errors, broken links, or UX issues.
• Pricing & Promos: Flawlessly implement global pricing updates and complex promotional rules.
• Data Management: Own large-scale product data uploads (CSV/Sheets), ensuring 100% accuracy in tagging and categorization.
• Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate between Marketing, Logistics, and CS to align site updates with operational goals.
• Reporting: Generate operational reports and maintain SOP documentation for all site workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency: Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets is a must. You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and cleaning large datasets for bulk uploads.
• E-Commerce Platform Experience: Proven experience working within the backend of E-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a significant advantage).
• Extreme Attention to Detail: In a high-volume environment, small errors have a large impact.
• High-Level English: Written and verbal communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Autonomous Problem Solver: Strong self-learning abilities with the drive to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
