Cyber Security Engineer- OT

🔐 Cybersecurity Engineer for Weapon Systems & IT – Strong OT Focus | Defense Sector

A leading defense & security organization is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Cyber Defense Architecture team within the CISO office.

This role focuses on securing weapon systems (Amlach), mission-critical platforms, IT infrastructure, and Operational Technology (OT) environments in complex, classified ecosystems.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct end-to-end cyber threat analysis (HW & SW) and manage cyber risk across weapon systems and IT/OT environments
• Define and implement comprehensive cybersecurity architectures for defense platforms
• Lead cybersecurity activities for mission-critical projects in coordination with internal teams and customers
• Define security standards, policies, and methodologies aligned with defense regulations
• Specify, evaluate, and oversee implementation of security tools across projects
• Prepare technical and executive-level documentation and presentations
• Lead deployment of cybersecurity capabilities including Red Teams, NOC/SOC integration, and penetration testing initiatives

🎯 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or other exact sciences
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
• Proven experience securing weapon systems or defense platforms, with strong understanding of OT environments
• Deep familiarity with standards such as NIST 800, MOD regulations, and national security guidelines
• Experience in defining cybersecurity architectures in complex operational systems
• Experience managing cybersecurity tenders and large-scale projects
• Excellent English – written and spoken
