AI Creative Expert

Sett builds agentic AI that helps mobile game studios systematically discover winning user acquisition creatives. Our platform generates and tests diverse creative concepts at scale.

At the core of the system are AI agents that autonomously generate playable ads, and this role is focused on improving the quality of what those agents produce.

We’re looking for someone who deeply understands playable ad creatives and is excited to work at the frontier of AI-driven creative production. In this role, you’ll analyze the outputs of our AI agents, identify where they succeed or fail creatively and technically, and help improve the system. You’ll prototype solutions using modern AI tools, collaborate closely with engineers, and help evolve the platform toward producing high-quality playable ads with minimal human intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate playable ads generated by our AI agents, assessing creative quality, technical execution, and game design sensibility
• Analyze agent outputs and behavior to identify patterns of failure, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate insights into clear, actionable system improvements such as prompt changes, workflow updates, or new agent capabilities
• Prototype new capabilities and workflows using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and validate them through practical experimentation
• Build frameworks or dashboards to measure creative and system quality over time
• Work closely with engineers to bring validated improvements into the production system
  
  

• Background in mobile gaming, user acquisition, ad tech, or interactive creative production
• A curious, builder mindset, you enjoy experimenting, iterating quickly, and digging deep to understand how systems work
• Deep understanding of playable ad creatives and what makes them effective from both creative and performance perspectives
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to build, prototype, or solve real problems
• Ability to prototype solutions using AI-assisted coding (you don’t need to be a software engineer)
• Strong creative and analytical thinking, able to evaluate game design quality and investigate system behavior
• Experience working with generative AI tools beyond text (image, video, or multimodal)
• Familiarity with creative production tools such as Blender, After Effects, Figma, or similar
