Role Overview
Join a leading technology team focused on cyber defense and security tool development within a major financial organization.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical production systems, while driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and operate production systems across Web, Windows, and Linux environments
• Troubleshoot complex real-time production issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Interface directly with business and technology stakeholders
• Lead operational improvements and system optimizations
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in Production / Operations roles in Web environments
• Full proficiency with IIS and Windows/Linux operating systems
• Hands-on experience operating systems with SQL / Oracle databases
• Strong expertise in security components: Reverse Proxy, SSL certificates, encryption
• 1+ year of experience working with Public Cloud and DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, EKS / EKS-A, AWS and related services
