Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a System Administrator for an organization

We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to join a dynamic IT environment and take responsibility for end-user infrastructure and technical operations.

Role Overview

This role combines end-user environment management with infrastructure support and advanced troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-user equipment and endpoint devices

• User management and image configuration

• Troubleshoot technical issues, including complex cases beyond standard technician level

• Manage IT warehouse equipment, inventory counts, repairs, and warranty tracking

• Maintain communication rooms documentation (current status, changes, structured records)

• Support and maintain communication infrastructure

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS configuration and Active Directory

• Experience with Citrix environments

• Experience configuring and managing GPO

• Networking knowledge – switch configuration and communication equipment operation

• Experience setting up new infrastructures and connecting remote sites
