We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Lead (.NET + React)

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Full Stack Team Lead, you will manage and mentor a team of 4–5 developers while remaining hands-on, leading the design and development of complex cloud-based digital systems, and driving technical excellence across architecture, security, performance, and development standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core

• Proven experience with ReactJS, including Hooks and state management

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Previous team leadership or technical leadership experience

• Experience working in an Agile environment

Advantages:

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM

• Experience developing serverless applications

• Experience working with SQS or SNS

• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices

• Experience working in a financial organization

• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, Cognito, or Auth0
