Role Overview

We are looking for a professional Implementation & Training Specialist with strong process orientation and the ability to lead system adoption within a governmental environment.

This is a meaningful role within the public sector, focused on driving successful implementation of information systems and supporting organizational users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation processes of information systems across the organization

• Provide ongoing professional and functional support to employees

• Guide users on system functionality and work processes

• Preserve and deepen organizational knowledge of various information systems

• Support contract and vendor engagement processes

• Work in a multi-interface environment with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementing and training information systems

• Experience executing work processes related to agreements and vendor engagements

• Prior experience in the governmental/public sector – advantage
