🖥 Managing day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support to colleagues

🎫 Opening and following up on tickets until full resolution

🌐 Coordinating network & infrastructure projects with global teams

🔌 Supporting maintenance of servers and switches (in collaboration with central teams & local suppliers)

📦 Managing hardware inventory, procurement, and asset tracking

🔐 Overseeing site security infrastructure and working closely with suppliers

🛡 Supporting information security operations and ensuring policy compliance

📊 Taking part in annual cyber security audits

🌍 Working closely with international colleagues and driving projects to completion

✔ Around 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or a similar IT role

✔ Strong communication skills in Hebrew & English

✔ Good understanding of networking and infrastructure

✔ Experience with Windows & MacOS

✔ Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔ A proactive, service-oriented mindset and great interpersonal skills

➕ Experience working with suppliers or procurement

➕ Project coordination / management experience
