Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our product team and work closely with cross-functional engineering groups (Hardware and Software) on product specifications, development cycles, and releases.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to grow into full product ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level requirements into clear and structured product specifications, including UX/UI, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the release process, feature validation, and coordination with QA.
• Work closely with R&D to clarify requirements and support agile development cycles.
• Prepare high-quality release notes and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date product documentation.
• Support product research, competitive analysis, and feedback collection from field teams.

Requirements / Skills:

• ~4 years of experience in a technical development role (e.g., Full-Stack Developer), plus 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong technological background with hands-on experience in software and/or hardware development, web technologies, and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, organized, independent learner, eager to learn and grow.
• Background in energy management, building management systems, data analytics, or HVAC — an advantage.
