A growing medical-device/high-tech company is looking for a Hands-on Embedded SW & HW Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary development team working on an innovative surgical platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of embedded software & hardware engineers.
Drive development of real-time, safety-critical systems.
Define architecture, review designs, and ensure high engineering standards.
Collaborate closely with R&D, mechanics, algorithms, and V&V teams.
Take ownership of deliverables and lead product life-cycle processes (design reviews, integration, verification).
B.Sc. in Electrical / Computer Engineering.
7+ years total experience, with at least 2+ years in technical leadership.
Strong background in embedded systems (C/C++, RTOS, microcontrollers).
Experience with multidisciplinary products (HW + SW).
Advantage: medical devices, robotics, safety-critical systems.
Excellent English.
