At Equashield, we are pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication through advanced pharmacy automation and robotic systems.

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead complex commercial engagements and drive high‑impact procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and manage existing and new suppliers in Israel and internationally
Lead end-to-end procurement processes – from demand identification through delivery and payment
Conduct supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
Improve and streamline procurement processes and purchasing systems
Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market trends
Provide ongoing solutions to operational and supply chain challenges
Define KPIs and performance metrics for supplier evaluation and performance management
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher – required
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High level of English – both written and spoken
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience working with ERP systems.
